An allegation can travel around the world before the truth has left the room. Careers, relationships and reputations can be destroyed long before any finding is made. We believe that matters — and that it deserves to be documented.

We document cases, examine the systems that amplify allegations and restore facts to stories flattened by outrage. Every case we publish involves a real person whose life was affected by accusation alone.
